Iberdrola Inmobiliaria has just signed an office lease agreement with Topes de Gama for its A2 Plaza building in Madrid.
The property, located on Calle Nanclares de Oca, is in an area with excellent transport links, just ten minutes from Adolfo Suarez Madrid Barajas International Airport and the city centre. In addition, Iberdrola has launched an innovative mobility plan initiative that will solve the communication of the A2 axis and improve services for A2 Plaza users.
The project guarantees full environmental and economic sustainability with considerable energy and maintenance savings. A2 Plaza will reduce C02 emissions by 59%, energy consumption by 58% and water consumption by 40%. As a result, it has an A energy rating and has achieved the Breeam Excellent seal (the first building in Madrid with this rating) and WELL Platinum certification.
The leasing process has been advised by Cushman & Wakefield, exclusive marketer and pioneer in its Customer Experience and Sustainability strategy in A2 Plaza, owned by Iberdrola Inmobiliaria.
Iberdrola Inmobiliaria has a portfolio of assets in operation of more than 205,000 square metres and owns more than 3.5 million square metres of land to develop residential projects -first and second homes- and tertiary projects, from offices to shopping centres and industrial warehouses.
