Iberdrola Inmobiliaria and Laboratorios Ordesa have signed a lease agreement for 2,208 square meters of office space in Torre Ponent, located in the Bcn Fira District business park in Barcelona. Laboratorios Ordesa, a company with more than eighty years of experience in nutrition and health, will occupy the fourteenth and fifteenth floors of this recently built tower to locate its corporate services.
The Bcn Fira District, which offers available space starting at 315 sqm, is an attractive option for companies of different sizes and sectors, standing out for its strategic location, accessibility and services. The park has energy efficiencies and construction qualities that make it an important center of business attraction.
Aditionally, the Bcn Fira District environment includes a 4-star hotel and various facilities such as meeting rooms, auditorium, private gym, dining options, terraces with views of the city and Montjuic, private parking with charging points for electric vehicles, 24-hour security, car wash, storage rooms, smart lockers, wifi in common areas and cab rank.
The business park, developed by Iberdrola Inmobiliaria, has obtained BREEAM Excellent and Well Platinum certifications. This development is part of a larger area that includes the Torre Llevant, thus completing the 130,000 sqm space that constitutes the largest business park in Barcelona.
