The Canadian capital Socimi GreenOak closes the sale of the Albarracín 34 office complex for 29.8 million euros.
It is a complex of 3 buildings with an area of 10,306 sqm located in the Madbit area, in Madrid. The official closing of the operation was on April 6, but it was only announced this morning. The transaction was completed through a subsidiary company of the Socimi, GO Spain Alba, S.L.
The buyer has been a French investment fund represented by RESOURCE Capital Partners, while CBRE Spain has advised the seller.
