The Madrid Socimi GMP, together with a financial partner, finalizes the acquisition of the facilities that will house the Glovo headquarters from the end of the year to the German fund manager Freo, for around 220 million euros, according to Expansión.
The process of selling the property began at the beginning of the year with a starting price of 250 million and, since then, it has generated a lot of interest in the sector, especially among large German funds and institutional investors. Despite the uncertainty due to the complex macroeconomic situation in Europe, which is slowing down the office investment market, the transaction has finally been completed. The operation has been advised by CBRE and Savills on the buying side, while EY has provided its services to the seller.
