Built in 1991, the ARCIS building is located in the city centre, at Ivone Silva street, near Avenida 5 de Outubro and Campo Pequeno. It has 14.261 sqm, 238 office fractions and 2 retail units, spread across 21 floors.
The operation was brokered by Altamira Portugal, real estate credits and assets managing company. João Ribeiro, the company’s director of Real Estate, commented in a release that «this operation shows that, even within the context of uncertainty that followed the pandemic, the national real estate market remains active and generating interest from domestic and foreign investors».
He further added that «the office market continues to reveal itself very dynamic, both through the transactions which have taken place recently in Lisbon and Porto, which reveal the investors’ interest on this product and on the Portuguese market and through companies’ focus on their employees’ well-being and finding quality spaces in unique locations».
