Plaza Europa, Barcelona
The Spanish operator of coworking spaces and corporate private offices First Coworking will inaugurate a new flexible workspace in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona) at the end of October, according to a statement issued by the company.
The new office will have 1,300 sqm of surface. "This new space has been designed in accordance with the standard of the building and the existing innovation and technology ecosystem around it," explains Oscar García Toledo, founder and CEO of the company.
The center will be located in front of the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via venue, on the twelfth floor of Torre Realia BCN, in Plaza Europa. With this new office, First Workplaces adds nine centers and will have 25,000 sqm under management.
First Workplaces seeks to to double its portfolio
The company's plans before the pandemic were to double its portfolio in the next two years, to reach 70,000 sqm of flexible work surface. First Workplaces has seven flexible work centers located in Madrid, another two in Barcelona and another in Malaga.
In the last year, the company has focused on the center management area, beyond opening its own spaces. The company launched its flexible workspace management line in February, aiming to add 40,000 sqm by 2024.
