Enhesa, a company with a global presence that provides support to multinationals in the area of sustainability at the operational, product, process and management levels, will now occupy the totality of the Heron Castilho building in Lisbon.
This company, which was previously based in Flex Space, has moved to new premises in order to respond to its international and national expansion plan, as well as its ambition to have its own office in order to strengthen the company's corporate image.
In this deal, B. Prime represented Fundger – Sociedade Gestora de Fundos de Investimento Imobiliário, which owns the whole of this property.
According to Paulo Henriques, Partner at B. Prime, "Enhesa was looking for an office located in the center of Lisbon with easy access to public transport and in an area with consolidated services. One of the premises for carrying out this deal was to maintain the pre-existing costs, i.e. the amount borne by Enhesa in the flex space, where they had been based since the company opened in Portugal, would have to be identical. This was achieved in these offices".
He adds that the strong corporate image that the Heron Castilho building conveys turned out to be a logical choice as it was able to meet all of Enhesa's requirements, providing space for the company's sustained growth in the coming years.
