The Edge Group and the Ardma FCR fund bought an office building in Beloura, Sintra, for an amount over 8 million euros.
Next to Beloura Business Park, the property in question is known as the former headquarters of Somague (built by the company). It has approximately 7,500 sqm and 409 parking spaces, and is located in a plot of 27,300 sqm in total area, which has an additional construction potential of 11,000 sqm.
