The natural dog food company Dogfy Diet has expanded its offices and leased 2,400 square metres in the Landmark building, located in Zona Fira. The operation has been advised by the consultancy firm CBRE.
The company, which was founded in 2020 and opened its first office in Barcelona in 2021, has experienced significant growth in the last two years, reaching €30 million turnover in 2023. Until now, the company occupied 700 square metres in a building in Sant Just Desvern.
"With this change, the company is expanding its offices and opting for one of the best buildings in Barcelona, with paddle tennis courts, canteen, coworking spaces, multi-purpose rooms, private terraces for each office and many other services for employees," said Lindy Garber, Director of Advisory & Transaction Services for Barcelona Offices at CBRE.
Dogfy Diet will occupy the seventh floor of the Landmark building, which has 20,000 square metres of office space on the ground floor and nine floors. With a Triple A rating, the building combines sustainability certifications and advanced technology with a wide range of services such as a car park for electric scooters and bicycles, Smart Point e-commerce service and digital screens, among others.
Zona Fira, meanwhile, is home to several multinational companies and start-ups from the region, such as Iberdrola, Cepsa, Ferrovial and Wallbox, among others. It is also set to become a business hub with more than 200,000 square metres of office space. The area has points of reference such as La Fira or the Port of Barcelona and the Zona Franca and has good metro, train and bus connections.
