Inversiones Doalca socimi has closed the sale for 5.7 million euros of three floors of offices at 91-93 Rambla de Catalunya, with a total rentable area of 1,575 square metres, as well as 18 parking spaces in the same building. After the sale in May 2021 of a building on Calle Mallorca, the Rambla building was the last asset owned by the socimi in the Catalan capital.
According to the accounts for the first part of the year recently submitted to BME Growth, on 26 July Inversiones Doalca signed a commitment to purchase and sell the offices and parking spaces it owned in the property. At the time of signing, the company received 10% of the sale price, 570,000 euros. On 31 October, the date on which the deed of sale will be executed, it will receive the remaining 5.1 million euros.
The building has a total of nine floors above ground, ground floor and four underground parking levels. Inversiones Doalca incorporated the three office floors and the parking spaces on 31 December 1998, according to the socimi's website. The office building was built at the end of the 1970s and in recent years the company has carried out various refurbishment works on the offices and their facilities. In June, the space was 80% occupied.
Doalca's last divestment was also in Barcelona and for the same amount as the Rambla offices. The socimi closed the sale in May 2021 for 5.7 million euros of a property located at 245 Mallorca Street, as well as 21 parking spaces located in the basement of the building.
