Culmia has completed the full sale of its Edifici 6Ó Marina Building office block, located in the La Marina del Prat Vermell neighbourhood, one of the areas undergoing the most significant urban transformation in Barcelona. The company has finalised the sale of the last two floors of the property to Mimidu S.L. With this transaction, the total proceeds from the sale of the building stand at €17 million.
The transaction marks a further step in the consolidation of this location as a strategic hub for business and residential activity in the Catalan capital.
The property, known as Edifici 6Ó Marina Building, has thus reached 100% occupancy. The asset has established itself as one of the leading office buildings in an area that has experienced significant urban and economic growth in recent years. Located on Passeig de la Zona Franca, the building offers over 5,400 sqm spread across the ground floor and eight upper floors. Companies linked to sectors such as technology, healthcare and logistics are already operating from the premises, reflecting the business diversity that is beginning to characterise the neighbourhood.
