The real estate developer, owned by the Hugas brothers and the German firm Conren, will build an office building at 122 Calle Llull.
The company intends to promote an iconic building, which can house the corporate headquarters in Spain of a multinational or a technology group, with a leasable area of 4,500 sqm. In total, the building will have the capacity to host around 400 workers.
The promoter will get a sustainable credit of 125 million with Banco Santander and CaixaBank
Conren Tramway will commission this building with a ground floor plus six floors from Baas Architecture, an office founded by Jordi Badia. The start of the works is scheduled for the end of next year.
In parallel, the company has recently closed a financing agreement linked to sustainability criteria to undertake its development activity. In total, Conren Tramway has obtained 125 million euros in a loan granted by Banco Santander and CaixaBank.
