The socimi Inmobiliaria Colonial has closed the sale of an office building in Madrid, a transaction advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
The property, with a surface area of 6,670 square metres, is fully leased to renowned tenants, including BNP Paribas and the Madrid Chamber of Commerce.
The office building, located at number 15 Ramírez de Arellano street, was completely renovated in 2016, obtaining the Leed Gold certification. The building, located on Madrid's A-2 motorway, has office space distributed over a ground floor and six upper floors and an underground car park with 112 parking spaces.
Roca Junyent and Riva Vidal Abogados have provided legal advice on the transaction, while PGI has offered its technical expertise.
According to Benjamín Gómez, head of office space at BNP Paribas Real Estate, the transaction is of significant importance for the Madrid real estate market and is evidence of the continued interest of certain investors in the office space sector.
