Diagonal 532, Colonial's flagship office building for new ways of working, is now 100% occupied following its refurbishment. The latest tenant to arrive has been Creand Wealth Management, an entity specialising in private banking, which on Monday 27 May will move into the top floor of the emblematic building, advised by Savills.
Diagonal 532 symbolises the reinvention of the office concept in Barcelona under the "human centric" model applied by Colonial through the design of open-plan spaces, technology and sustainability in strategic locations. Creand Wealth Management will occupy the last 600 square metres available, on the top floor of the building, with a terrace and views over the city. The move to the new office responds to the growth already experienced and also to the future objectives of the private banking entity, while at the same time responding to the desire for well-being and sustainability sought by Creand Wealth Management by providing its teams with a new workspace experience, designed by the architectural team at Savills, which also carried out the implementation works.
In addition, Diagonal 532 has two floors of flexible space operated by Utopicus, common spaces that favour networking and all the services available in the central area to optimise the user experience in these new offices.
