The Socimi Colonial finalizes the pre-lease of its Miguel Ángel 23 office complex to the consulting firm Mckinsey, according to CincoDías.
The North American company plans to occupy the 8,057 square meters of the Socimi office building. Currently, it is carrying out the repositioning of the asset, with a comprehensive reform to make it sustainable, designed by the Fenwick Iribarren architecture studio. The property will have a 540 sqm terrace, a commercial space and 99 parking spaces.
Miguel Ángel 23 was bought by Axiare, in 2015, for 60 million. Later, Colonial bought the company and invested 6 million capex in renovating the building.
Until now, Mckinsey had its headquarters at Calle Sagasta 33.
