Cloudworks, a coworking company founded in 2015 in Barcelona, has moved its operation to the 22@ district of the city, setting up in a new space on Pere IV street. This move comes after managing its previous space, 22@ Glòries, since October 2021. The new building occupies an area of 4,400 square meters distributed over seven floors, including the first floor that serves as a multi-purpose area with an events room and interior patio, in addition to six floors dedicated to offices and terraces with green areas.
This space, conceived both as a serviced office and for private offices, has a capacity for 550 workstations and can host up to 150 people for events. Marta Gràcia, CEO of Cloudworks, highlights that the new space "allows us to serve more clients, as it almost doubles the space and capacity of the previous building, thus fulfilling the company's objectives to continue growing and offering our clients the best service possible;a to continue growing and offering our customers not only a workspace, but also a place of inspiration, which attracts talent and serves to bring companies to a high level in an area of Barcelona with a lot of projection".
In addition, the building seeks sustainability as an added value and will have LEED Platinum certification. This involves features such as access to environmentally friendly transportation options, positive impact on the local ecosystem, indoor environmental quality, water efficiency, energy efficiency and use of renewable energy.
