The flexible workspace company has opened its first center in 22@, with an area of 2,150 sqm that occupies the entire building, according to a statement issued by the company.
The company has invested 2.5 million euros, and the property has been comprehensively restored by architects Xavier Isart and Maria Domínguez, professionals with whom Cloudworks has already worked to expand their space in the Sagrada Família.
The building has a total area of 2,150 sqm divided into four floors, and has a capacity for 250 people. The coworking company has understood the new space as a serviced office, that is, personalized offices specially conceived for companies with particular demands; several companies can coexist in the space.
Marta Gràcia, CEO of Cloudworks, explains that "22 @ Glòries is one of the most important openings for the company, since it is our first entire building and we wanted to locate it in this area because of its possibilities".
