The asset was the bank’s former headquarters of its subsidiary Cetelem (which remains installed in the building).
The building has 13.200 sqm and 225 parking spots. The process is being followed by BNP Real Estate and it should start this month. The building currently one third of its area occupied, but starting 2023, leasing contracts will be over.
The company expects to accept offers above fifty million euro, but expects the final number to be higher, due to the interest there is for this district, as reported by El Confidencial.
The Mendez Álvaro has an availability rate of 3% and has tenants such as Repsol, Mahou, Amazon, Ericsson and Catalana Occidente. The area offers direct access to M-30 bypass and it is located between the Atocha station and the bus terminal.
