Ayesa, a provider of digital and engineering services, opens new headquarters in Madrid in Torre Emperador Castellana, owned by Emperador Properties, as part of its corporate integration process of Ibermática and M2C.
Ayesa will occupy the 47th and 48th floors of the emblematic tower, almost 2,300 sqm of floor space, following an operation advised by Savills. The change will mean, in addition to doubling the workspace, the inauguration of a new state-of-the-art headquarters in terms of technology, wellbeing, sustainability and services in one of the most avant-garde buildings in the capital. With Ayesa as tenant, Torre Emperador Castellana exceeds 90% occupancy with more than 30 companies in an ecosystem made up of leading companies from all sectors and services focused on the needs of companies and the wellbeing of their employees, such as the flex Next Floor space, spaces for events, catering areas, physiotherapy, nutrition, gym and car wash. According to Savills data, the five-tower area has maintained a stable rate of demand that increasingly values the revitalisation of the area with the consolidation of Caleido's commercial offer as a new pole of attraction in the city of Madrid.
