Andersen has signed a lease with Gmp for an office building of almost 7,000 sqm in Madrid, which will become its new headquarters from September 2027. The property is located at 3 Calle Hermosilla, in the Salamanca district, between Paseo de la Castellana and Calle Serrano.

The move is part of Andersen’s strategic plan for Iberia, following several years of growth in turnover and staff numbers. The firm has gone from generating €22.5 million in 2020 to €80 million in 2025, representing an increase of over 255%. Over the same period, its team has grown from 254 to 544 professionals. By the end of 2026, turnover in Iberia is forecast to exceed €110 million.

The building was designed by the Rafael de La-Hoz studio and holds LEED Platinum certification, an A energy rating and is aligned with the European Union Taxonomy.

Gmp will also undertake further work on the property, including the addition of a gym and changing rooms, landscaped areas, terraces and communal spaces.
