Almadraba Capital Holding, a business group focused on investment projects, is carrying out its growth plan and has decided to move its headquarters in Barcelona to a strategic location to continue its expansion. The company has rented the 23rd floor of the iconic Torre Glòries in Barcelona, which belongs to Merlin Properties, in an operation advised by the real estate consultancy firm Savills.
With this move, Almadraba will occupy almost 1,000 square metres of office space in this iconic Barcelona building, which represents a significant increase compared to its current 400 square metre headquarters on Avenida Diagonal. The new office will provide a larger space to unify its different business units and teams, including firms specialising in wealth advisory (Ariete Capital People), real estate investment (Stable Real Estate), private equity investment (Titanes), financial advisory (Black Tiger) and alternative financing (Fénix), as well as its own NGDO, the Gate For Children foundation.
This new workplace is also in line with Almadraba's goal to increase its human capital by approximately 30% by the end of the year. The holding company intends to expand its current workforce from 20 professionals to a total of 45 employees during 2023.
Furthermore, this change of location is part of Almadraba's 2023-2025 Strategic Plan, which seeks to expand its community of families and "leaders", both from the world of sport and art as well as the business world, to whom it offers its transcendent capital solution in the field of investment. Specifically, Almadraba aims to increase the assets it manages, which currently exceed €400 million, to €1 billion by 2028.
