New tenant in Torre Emperador Castellana. The company Affidea, dedicated to diagnostic imaging and medical specialties, and with a presence in 15 countries, has opened a shared services office of the headquarters of Affidea Spain in the renowned Madrid asset, owned by the family office Emperador Properties.
The brand will occupy the 34th floor of the emblematic tower, which has a surface area of 771 square metres. "Since our entry into the Spanish market in 2017, Affidea has experienced remarkable growth. We closed the year having doubled in size compared to six years ago, and with over 1400 team members spread across our centres and local headquarters. The move to the iconic Torre Emperador Castellana is a testament to our ambitious growth plan for the future," explains Theo Kravvas, CEO of Affidea Spain.
The transition, according to the executive, represents the innovative and dynamic future that the firm is pursuing. With Affidea as a client, Torre Emperador Castellana exceeds 85% occupancy with an ecosystem of companies from all sectors. The transaction has been advised by the consultancy firm Savills.
