The Spanish developer Abaigar will build 24 luxury homes, with 2 and 3 bedrooms, in Pamplona, in the Yamaguchi park.
To carry out this project, the company has bought an office building from Mapfre, which will maintain its structure: ground floor, six upper floors and three basement floors for parking. The consulting firm Catella has exclusively advised Mapfre. The architecture studio Apezteguia Architects and the engineering studio Inarq Ingenieros are working on the design and drafting of the project.
The commercialization of the houses will begin at the end of this year 2022, which will be located next to one of the main parks of the city and in an area recently pedestrianized by the City Council of the town.
