We are talking about the number 84 from Calle Enrique Granados, in Barcelona, for €11 million, a building from Parque Tecnológico de El Vallés, in Cerdanyola, for €1,5 million and a smaller one in La Garriga, for €500.000.
The buildings were purchased to BBVA, last March, and are part of Boston portfolio, comprised for 14 office buildings, 8 of which are located in Barcelona, 5 in Madrid and 1 in Valencia. The investment plan was to put the assets back on the market within 1 to 5 years.
According to the Spanish Real Estate, the more profitable operation was the sale of number 84 from Calle Enrique Granados, in Barcelona, which has resulted in capital gains of five millions.
