StepStone acquires a 14.4% stake of HLRE

As part of the transaction, Hines has reduced its holding in HLRE from 66.9% to 44.9%, while remaining a cornerstone shareholder. StepStone’s entry is structured as an indirect investment, made through one of Hines’ vehicles rather than directly at socimi level.
