The Ryze Group has signed an agreement to acquire Krata Sociedad de Tasación, marking a strategic step in its expansion into the Spanish property market. The company, which specialises in asset valuation, technical consultancy and expert appraisal services, will become part of the group’s international growth strategy once the transaction is completed.
The acquisition represents a further milestone in Ryze's international expansion, following the launch of its operations in France in 2025 and its entry into Spain.
The deal will enable Krata to strengthen its position in Europe and develop a property services platform offering specialised services under a single management structure.
Once the transaction is completed, Krata will serve as the hub for Ryze's operations across the Iberian Peninsula.
Founded more than 40 years ago, Krata operates in the valuation of residential, commercial, logistics and other property assets, as well as property portfolios and financial transactions. The company has offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville and Valencia, employs more than 80 people and is supported by a network of around 400 professionals.
During the integration process, Krata's current management team will remain in place. Iñigo Amiano Bergara, partner and chairman, and Javier Anaya Mohino, CEO, will continue to lead the company's business development and the implementation of its growth strategy in Spain.
Completion of the acquisition remains subject to the fulfilment of customary closing conditions, including the absence of any objection from the Bank of Spain, a requirement for the transaction to proceed.
