Italy’s Rina enters Spanish real estate with Gloval acquisition

The transaction sees Rina acquire Gloval from private equity funds Charme Capital Partners and Miura Partners, which together held an 83% stake, as well as from the company’s founding partners and management team, who owned the remaining 17%.
