Finsolutia and Hipoges have reached an agreement to acquire Servihabitat, one of Spain’s leading platforms for debt and property asset management. Finsolutia and Hipoges are backed by Pollen Street Capital.
The new combined entity creates a group with approximately €60 billion in assets under management and more than 2,000 employees in Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece.
In July 2026, Finsolutia completed the acquisition of Hipoges, one of the leading platforms in the asset management sector, with a presence in four countries: Spain, Portugal, Greece and Italy. The group resulting from this integration had approximately €55 billion in assets under management.
The acquisition of Servihabitat marks a further step in Pollen Street’s strategy to create the leading technology platform for credit and property asset management in Europe. The combination of Finsolutia, Hipoges and now Servihabitat brings together “extensive geographical coverage with complementary capabilities to offer a distinctive value proposition to all property owners and investors across Europe, thanks to comprehensive solutions in credit management, property services, technology and capital services”.
The resulting platform will continue to serve leading financial institutions and international investors through an integrated offering that provides solutions across the entire value chain in credit and property asset management.
“This transaction decisively strengthens our position in Spain and expands our ability to support clients in increasingly complex challenges. Servihabitat’s experience and talent complement our capabilities and will enable us to offer an even more comprehensive value proposition, while keeping the client at the heart of our business”, said Afonso Nascimento, Hugo Velez and Claudio Panunzio, CEO of the Finsolutia Group and Managing Directors and Co-CEOs of Hipoges.
“This acquisition marks another step towards building the leading platform for credit and property asset management in the Iberian Peninsula. Servihabitat brings with it solid expertise in the management of repossessed assets (REO), a valuable client portfolio and a strong national presence. The resulting Group will be in a prime position to lead the market in the region, while maintaining its focus on delivering excellent service to our clients in an increasingly complex environment”, added Lindsey McMurray, CEO of Pollen Street.
