Transportes Cargo has leased a 2,310 square metre logistics warehouse in the Can Salvatella Industrial Estate, located in Barberà del Vallès (Barcelona). This type B semi-detached warehouse has a concrete structure, sandwich roof, 15 loading bays, a clear height of 8 meters, parking and office areas. Its position close to the AP-7 motorway makes it easy to access, being 23 km from the centre of Barcelona, 27 km from the Port of Barcelona and 35 km from the city's airport.
In the midst of an expansion phase, the express pallet delivery company has opted to move its headquarters to improve its operations in Catalonia, in an operation advised by Forcadell. Gerard Plana, director of Industrial-Logistics at Forcadell, states that logistics facilities with a high number of docks and suitable for transport and cross-docking are extremely sought after and scarce, especially in areas such as Can Salvatella that offer direct access to the AP-7.
