The French real estate group Therus has completed the sale of a set of six industrial mini-industrial buildings to a Latin American investor group specialised in the acquisition of light industrial assets. The assets are located in Getafe. The amount of the transaction has not been disclosed.
The warehouses, located in the Los Olivos Industrial Estate, range in size from 444 square metres to 512 square metres, for a total of 3,000 square metres of floor space.
"Their multi-purpose design makes them ideal for various types of business, standing out for their structure, visibility and representativeness", according to Inmoking, which brokered the transaction.
Therus, founded in 2004, specialises in the real estate development of office buildings and urban developments in Spain. The company has developed and sold assets worth more than €1.5 billion, including emblematic projects such as the headquarters of L'Oréal, ING, Straumann, Registradores de la Propiedad de Madrid and the refurbishment of the Los Cubos building, among others.
"This transaction is a clear example of the dynamism of the industrial and logistics real estate sector in Madrid, especially in prime locations," said Roberto Ágreda, partner in Inmoking's Madrid office.
