JLL, through its Leasing Markets team, has placed a company dedicated to smart foods and sustainable development in the Cabra Figa complex, in Rio de Mouro, located between the municipalities of Sintra and Cascais.
The company, which was operating in Montijo, will occupy two warehouses, managed by Logicor, with a total of 5,870 square meters divided between offices and support areas, a production area and a distribution area.

According to Mariana Rosa, Head of Markets Advisory at JLL, "this client's situation was very particular and so we had to find a solution in the shortest possible time. With Logicor's support and availability, we completed this process in record time, placing the company in an asset ready to accommodate between 80 and 100 employees and meeting their needs".
The space, managed by Logicor, has been completely renovated and adapted to the characteristics the client was looking for. It is equipped with LED lighting, and the entire roof, skylights and drainage systems have been refurbished. Offices, pantries and changing rooms were installed, as well as four loading and unloading bays.
