Segro has bought two industrial buildings in Coslada (Madrid) from the Socimi Tarjar Xairo for 11.3 million euros, as reported by BME Growth. Currently, both assets are occupied by the pharmaceutical company Grifols.
Specifically, the properties are located at numbers 31 and 33 of Fuentemar avenue. The net capital gain generated by the sale of the assets was 7.9 million euros.
As a result of this operation, the mortgage loans that the company had with CaixaBank have been canceled, with a joint outstanding balance of 2.9 million, subscribed on April 11, 2016 and February 19, 2018.
