Iberdrola Inmobiliaria has closed the lease of more than 10,400 sqm in its IB1 Logistic Park logistics project in Torrejón de Ardoz. Specifically, 6,030 sqm have been rented to the company Saint Sual, a wholesale company specialising in the distribution of erotic and sensual products for the Spanish and Portuguese market; and 4,400 sqm to the company Spanish Kits, which specialises in the design, manufacture and distribution of kits aimed at the humanitarian aid, hospital and children's dental education sectors.
Iberdrola Inmobiliaria is developing this 23,000 sqm logistics project, located in the town of Torrejón de Ardoz with access close to the A-2 motorway, on a 38,000 sqm plot. Its proximity to the capital, the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport and the Dry Port of Coslada, make it an optimal location for logistics or regional distribution.
Likewise, this logistics platform, commercially known as IB1 -Logistic Park-, has a flexible design to provide service to all types of clients and was created with the objective of covering the demand for surface area for logistics activities in the second ring of the Corredor del Henares.
It is a modular development with the capacity to house one or more tenants, with storage space ranging from 4,000 sqm to 8,000 sqm of floor space in a single building. It is also Breeam Excellent certified.
The works are expected to be completed on 1 December. Invertica Irels and Knight Frank, both with extensive experience in the European real estate sector, have been entrusted with the marketing of the project.
