The Socimi has sold a logistics warehouse of 13,810 square meters in the community of Madrid for 21 million euros. The identity of the buyer has not been made public.
Saint Croix bought this asset in 2015 for 13.6 million euros, bringing capital gains to over seven million euros. The ship was the only logistical asset that was part of the Socimi's portfolio. The sale and purchase operation has been advised by CBRE.
The asset, leased to Telepizza with a contract that expires in May 2027, is located at 45 Ramón y Cajal Street, in Daganzo de Arriba and has a gross leasable area of 13,810 sqm built on a plot of 27,165 sqm and a remaining buildable area of 5,200 sqm.
Saint Croix earned 10 million euros in the first nine months of the year, 108% over the same period last year. Revenues soared 29% to 16.4 million euros. The hotel area grew by 46%, the office area by 24% and the commercial area by 33%, while the industrial area fell by 8%, according to the information provided by the company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
