Prologis has signed 81,000 sqm of logistics area in Madrid during 2021 with the help of CBRE, that has advised on the process.
Most of the operations have been closed in the parks that Prologis has in the first crown of Madrid, where it centers a good part of its activities in Spain. And more specifically in the Prologis Park of San Fernando, Coslada, Barajas and Puerta de Madrid. Among these operations, it is worth highlighting the lease of a 30,000 sqm building in Prologis Park Puerta de Madrid to the logistics and transport company Cacesa.
On the other hand, the company has presented the "Prologis Broker of the Year in Logistics" award to Agustín Hernández Pinillos, a senior consultant at CBRE, who has represented the advisory team in these projects.
