Panattoni has announced the lease of one of the buildings of its third project, 'Panattoni Park Zaragoza III', located in the Zaragoza Logistics Platform (Pla-Za), to a leading international integrated supply chain solutions company with more than 25 years of experience in the sector.
The 'Panattoni Park Zaragoza III' project consists of a 21,700 square metre warehouse and a second 5,000 square metre warehouse dedicated to crossdock activities, where the new tenant will develop its logistics operations. This warehouse has an office area of 270 square metres, a clear height of 11 metres, 15 loading and unloading bays for trucks, 9 for vans and a level access ramp.
The development of the logistics park, which occupies 42,000 square metres, has been designed to optimise loading and unloading operations and promote sustainable mobility, including six charging stations for electric vehicles. Panattoni Park Zaragoza III' is located in the Zaragoza Logistics Platform (Pla-Za), a key area for the logistics sector that is home to leading e-commerce and advanced logistics companies.

The project follows the 'Go Earthwise With Panattoni' sustainability strategy, focusing on environment, society and corporate governance. Panattoni Park Zaragoza III has received BREEAM Very Good certification, standing out for its energy efficiency and sustainability. Among its innovations, it has modern LED lights and a 100 kW photovoltaic installation for the crossdock warehouse.
The marketing of the building has been brokered by TPF Consulting, a real estate consultancy specialising in logistics assets, with more than 20 years of experience and more than one million square metres marketed in the main logistics enclaves in Spain.
