The project will include two buildings, one with 13.750 sqm to be leased to a single tenant and the other with 12.200 sqm, with modules starting at 2.500 sqm, with the possibility of hosting from one to four different activities within the same module. The delivery date for Panattoni’s third Plaza project is set to the end of 2022.
The new parcel «is within a key location, due to its proximity to motorway A-2, having excellent connections to the Spanish motorway network, as well as access to the Zaragoza Airport, one of the busiest airports in Spain», explained Panattoni.
The Spanish real estate logistic and industrial developer will have 44 loading and unloading docks for lorries and 28 loading and unloading docks for vans.
Gustavo Cardozo, Panattoni’s general manager for Spain and Portugal, stated that «Panattoni Park Zaragoza III is a company bet on the Plaza Logistic Platform, since it is a key location for the sector which continues to grow. Our buildings will be fully modular and flexible, capable of hosting different activities and will be focused on the cross-dock activity, increasingly more in demand and with which we have great experience», he concluded.
Panattoni’s third project in Plaza
At the end of last July, Panattoni announced the acquisition of a parcel at Plaza to develop a logistic project expected to be delivered during 2022’s second quarter.
Before, at the start of February, the company announced it was developing a key-in-hand logistic project within the same industrial complex.
