Panattoni intends to expand Panattoni Park Valencia II, in the Valencian town of Alzira, for which it has bought a plot adjacent to the land it already had, adding a total of 100,000 square meters.
This acquisition will allow the new facilities to accommodate demands for buildings of 30,000 to 60,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA), which makes it Panattoni's largest asset in the Iberian Peninsula since it began operations in Spain.
It will have all the innovations in terms of logistics and sustainability and great flexibility. The platform will have a height of 11 meters and maneuvering beaches of 35 meters; It will have a dock for every 800 sqm of warehouse, as well as a large number of parking spaces, both for trucks and for cars, allowing waiting trucks or long-distance drivers in transit to stay inside the enclosure with the highest safety and security conditions. comfort.
Commitment to sustainability
Following the company's Lean & Green plan, the construction will also have the Breeam Very good energy certification. It will have a 100kw photovoltaic installation per building and will apply an intelligent use of resources. Similarly, it will install 20 electric vehicle chargers per module, offering 80 chargers in total, with the aim of promoting the use of electric vehicles for last-mile delivery.
