Panattoni Park Toledo Illescas II will begin construction next February. The property will have a gross rentable area of up to 32,000 square metres, although it will be flexible and will be able to accommodate two activities.
The project is located just three kilometres away from Panattoni Park Toledo Illescas I. It will be a state-of-the-art logistics building adapted to the needs of the logistics and industrial sector, with the latest innovations in energy. In addition, it will have 41 loading bays and a minimum clear height of eleven metres, which will optimise vertical storage.
The Illescas Industrial Estate continues to boom among property developers thanks to its good connections with the A-42 motorway. It has positioned itself as one of the industrial estates in the centre of the peninsula for brands that want to be close to the capital, but need more profitable facilities.
