The company has put up for sale the Madrid-Gavilanes logistics center located in Getafe, where companies such as Mercadona, Amazon or Decathlon are located, according to Vozpópuli.
The Palm Logistics project has a local area of 115,000 sqm and the sale price is estimated to be 250 million euros. The complex has been built in different phases, marketed by the consulting firm Cbre.
One of the areas of the complex is occupied by Amazon, Decathlon and Logistics, and has an area of 30,000 sqm in warehouses and 2,850 square meters of offices. The second space houses one of Mercadona's centers, with an area of 21,600 sqm for logistics and an additional 2,970 sqm for offices.
Located at the confluence of the M50 and A4 motorways, the Los Gavilanes Business Park is located 20 minutes by car from the center of Madrid, as well as being close to the Barajas Airport and the Abroñigal freight terminal. Amazon, Decathlon and Mercadona are also among the park's occupants.
In June, only two units of between 7,000 and 9,500 sqm were available in the Los Gavilanes complex and the fourth phase of the project was expected to begin. As a whole and once completed, the development will consist of nine buildings with surfaces ranging from 5,000 to 32,000 sqm.
