Milepro Logística Última Milla SOCIMI, a vehicle specialising in logistics assets managed by Azora and established in partnership with Indosuez Wealth Management, has completed the sale of two logistics warehouses located in Villaverde (Madrid) and Gélida (Barcelona) for a combined total of €42.7 million. The buyer has not been disclosed.
The transaction forms part of Milepro’s selective rotation strategy, and the company will continue to manage the remainder of its portfolio with the aim of maximising returns for its shareholders. The two assets are located in the logistics markets of Madrid and Barcelona and are leased to logistics operators.
The sale process was coordinated by Savills and involved both domestic and international institutional investors, according to information provided by the company.
Milepro was established in 2021 by Azora and Indosuez Wealth Management and has been listed on BME Growth since 2023. Having completed its investment plan, the vehicle is currently in a management phase focused on value creation and returns for its shareholders.
Azora continues to invest in the logistics sector, focusing on the main markets in southern Europe. The fund manager has around €800 million in assets under management in this sector across Spain and the United States, and around 300,000 sqm of logistics assets under management in Spain.
