The logistics company based in London and Luxembourg has put up for sale several logistics warehouses distributed in Madrid and Guadalajara for 300 million euros, as reported by Expansión.
The centers, distributed in various logistics platforms, total slightly less than 300,000 sqm. For the sale of its assets, Logicor has hired the services of the consulting firms JLL and Knight Frank.
Logicor has more than 600 assets with an area of 13.6 million sqm located in seventeen countries and 2,200 clients. The group has been part of the China Investment Corporation (CIC) since 2017, when the Chinese company bought the company from Blackstone for €12.25 billion.
