The portfolio, under the name Pulsar, is constituted by logistic assets located in Ontígola (Toledo), two in Torija (Guadalajara) and four more in Parets del Vallès (Barcelona), and had been acquired by a joint venture formed by KKR and Round Hill in 2019.
The portfolio from Pulsar, company which was charged with the warehouses’ development, has assets between 20.000 sqm and 30.000 sqm. The joint venture expects to carry out new investments in prime logistic locations in Spain and Portugal.
P3 is present in more than twelve countries and has more than 6.7 million sqm under management, plus a stock of land of 1.2 million sqm. The company concluded 2020 with an occupancy rate of 95% and with a 620.000 sqm GLA in its portfolio. P3 Logistics has 180.000 sqm that can be developed.
