Inurban has closed the sale of the Albuixech logistics platform in Valencia to the logistics fund managed by Talus Real Estate, one of the leading real estate investment platforms based in Madrid and Barcelona, which acts as a partner and manager of international funds.
The company, which specialises in the development and management of real estate assets with more than 40 years of experience in the sector, agreed the purchase and sale of the logistics platform with Talus, whose operation will be completed as soon as the construction of the logistics complex is completed, estimated for mid-2023.
The platform is located in the first logistics ring of Valencia, in the Polígono Mediterráneo de Albuixech, just 10 kilometres from the capital and 20 kilometres from the Port of Sagunto. It has a surface area of approximately 44,589 square metres, and is currently in the final stages of construction.
According to Inurban, it is the largest logistics platform currently available on the market, with a flexible distribution divided into five modules ranging in size from 7,700 to 42,000 square metres. In addition, the company points out that it will be the only warehouse available within the first logistics ring in Valencia capable of supporting XXL operations.
Another of the characteristics that Inurban highlights about this logistics complex is that it has been designed in accordance with high quality standards, with great attention to energy efficiency and sustainability. Thus, the platform is seeking to obtain BREEAM Excellent and Net Zero certification, as well as having photovoltaic panels for self-consumption and an area for electric car chargers.
