Cushman & Wakefield announces that it has been responsible for leasing a plot of approximately 8,500 square metres to Iberdrola | bp pulse in Lisboa Park - Parque Logístico Lisboa Norte (PLLN), owned by Merlin Properties, located in Castanheira do Ribatejo, Vila Franca de Xira.
The leased space will be used to install ultra-fast charging points for electric vehicles. The joint venture is the result of a strategic alliance between Iberdrola and bp, with a view to driving and making a reality of the transition to sustainable mobility and the electrification of transport on the Iberian Peninsula.
