GLP has closed an agreement with the multinational company Nedschroef, specialised in the manufacture of components for the automotive industry, for the rental of G-Park Constantí. This agreement is a strategic step for both companies and reinforces the presence of GLP in the logistics surface market in Catalonia.
Nedschroef has chosen this facility to increase its storage capacity and expand its production in Spain. The property covers 34,995 square metres and includes a 22,436 square metre logistics warehouse, providing Nedschroef with the necessary infrastructure to grow efficiently and sustainably.
Located in Constantí, this development offers access to the AP-7 motorway, via the C-422 and TV-7211 roads, facilitating connection to the Mediterranean Corridor. Located less than 10 km from the Port of Tarragona and seven minutes away from Reus airport, the location allows for multiple important connections to the transport network.
The logistics warehouse is equipped with 28 loading bays and a storage height of 10.3 metres, and is designed to maximise Nedschroef's operational efficiency. In addition, the separation of the car park and offices from the truck transit area promotes an efficient and safe flow of operations. In line with GLP's commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency, the facility has a BREEAM Excellent rating and features a BMS system for optimised facility management.
This agreement, which marks GLP's fourth investment in Catalonia, underlines the company's commitment to growth in the region.
