The credit and asset manager doValue Portugal monitored the sale of three commercial properties in Sintra, Santarém and Taveiro, worth 6 million euros.
One of the assets is the Abrunheira commercial building, in the industrial, logistics and commercial area of Abrunheira, in Sintra, with a gross leasable area of over 4,000 square meters and outdoor parking.
In Santarém, a commercial building dedicated to the automotive sector with a sales area, workshops and offices was sold to the building's own tenant, in a sale & leaseback operation. It has a private area of over 3,500 square meters, located on a plot of 16,268 square meters.
On the other hand, doValue also brokered the sale of a warehouse in Taveiro to a pharmaceutical company, located in the industrial park of Taveiro, with 2,992 square meters of gross construction area.
João Ribeiro, director of Real Estate at the manager, comments that «these operations, completed in the first quarter of this year, are proof that the real estate sector remains resilient and dynamic, despite all the constraints that have dictated an economic slowdown. Companies are committed to recovery and Portugal is certainly on the radar of international investors».
It should be remembered that, last February, doValue Portugal launched the new brand doRealEstate, which replaces the old Altamira Real Estate, a change that stems from the rebranding of Altamira to doValue Portugal, in October 2021.
