Diglo increases its transaction volume. The sevicer has closed the sale of an industrial building in Alcalá de Henares for 5.3 million euros. The buyer will transfer this logistics complex, located in the Camporrosso Industrial Estate, to a non-profit foundation.
The centre has a plot of more than 17,100 square metres and a built-up area of 11,420 square metres distributed in three areas. A main, open-plan, high-rise building for production and storage, as well as three continuous buildings, where the offices, training rooms, meeting rooms, storage areas and toilets are located. It also has 12 loading bays on its main façade with four modules and a private manoeuvring area.
The Camporrosso Industrial Park, located in the eastern part of the Community of Madrid next to the Henares Corridor, is connected by the N-II and R-2 highways. It is a booming area, which is contributing to the growth of the business fabric of the city of Alcalá de Henares.
Diglo has completed transactions worth more than €45M
Since the beginning of its operations, Diglo has closed five large transactions with an aggregate value of more than 15 million euros. In addition to the sale of Palacio de Moratalla for more than three million euros, Diglo has also sold the Hotel Bodega Real in El Puerto de Santa María for more than two million euros to an investor group that will resume its activity, and the sale of a last-mile warehouse in Malaga for more than 2.5 million euros. In addition, in May 2022, Diglo closed the sale of a hotel in Estepona for €2.2 million.
In the first quarter of this year, Diglo has completed the delivery of two new developments, Domus Aqua in Segovia and Arga Bidea in Pamplona, which bring together 133 residential and tertiary use properties, for an amount close to 30 million euros.
Diglo has a portfolio of assets under management of more than 5,000 million euros divided between non-performing loans (NPLs) and real estate (Real Estate Owned-REOs). The company is integrated under the umbrella of Deva Capital, which in turn is part of the Banco Santander Group.
