Delin Property sells two of its logistics parks to EQT Exeter for €100M

The parks, one located in Alcalá de Henares and the other in Illescas, offer a total of 110,000 sqm of warehouse space with BREEAM sustainability certification, and are occupied by logistics operators and consumer brands.
