Savills, through its Industrial & Logistics department, has placed the CTT at Benavente Logistic Park, thus completing the first occupancy operation at the most recent logistics complex located in the Greater Lisbon area – Benavente Logistic Park.
CLT will now occupy an area of approximately 29,500 sqm of this logistics park developed by Invesco Real Estate and Magna General Contractors, which has a total of 90,717 sqm.
Located in an urban redevelopment area in the municipality of Benavente, with excellent accessibility and close proximity to the A10 motorway, with links to the country's main highways, this asset aims to boost the region's economy, providing the ideal conditions for any logistics operation.
Built to meet the current needs of operators, Benavente Logistic Park has the most modern logistics specifications. This project contributes to the affirmation of Benavente as the new prime destination for large-scale logistics operations. Benavente Logistic Park is at the forefront in terms of ESG, as it has BREEAM certification, target "Excellent".
